About the event
Life leaves traces in our bodies. Memories, patterns, and habits become woven into the way we move and sound, gradually shaping familiar ways of being that can become a comfort zone—limiting our awareness, expression, and potential.
Through Hélio’s approach, participants are invited to explore, interrupt, and transform these patterns carried within the body and voice. By bringing greater awareness to movement, sound, and sensation, we create space for new possibilities of expression, connection, and presence.
This practice offers tools to deepen our relationship with the body, dance, and voice as interconnected forms of expression—inviting us to move beyond what is familiar and discover a more embodied, conscious, and authentic way of moving and being.
